Empress Sister Phile’Chionesu, is the architect and founder of the historic Million Woman March.

She is presently building the Million Woman March Organization and establishing the MWM Universal Movement; the first global Movement for Women of African Descent.

The MWM Organization is planning the long awaited 10 year MWM Reunion which will take place in October 2007. In line with the 5-YAP, the 10 year reunion not only assures the maximum achievement of the original MWM Platform, but also introduces an African-centered empowerment plan specifically for Black women. This will in turn benefit, enormously, the masses of African/ Black people.

Dr. Phile’, as she is lovingly called, has been a grassroots organizer and Pan African Liberation Freedom Fighter for more than 25 years. She has served on the Boards of the AFCOM Learning Center (African Community Learning Center) and PASCEP (Pan African Studies Community Education Program) at Temple University in Phila.

Dr. Phile’ has done extensive research in Traditional African Religions and Metaphysics and is a student of African Warrior Strategy and Tactics. She is an African Spiritual Advisor & Minister and the Chief Minister of the MWM Ministries and United African Faiths.

Empress Phile’ is presently an Independent Consultant, and is the founder & CEO of IBIS Communications, a public relations, research & program developers, and information services company.

Sis. Phile’ is a performing artist, lyricist, vocalist, and choreographer.

She is also a Human Rights Activist, and Natural/Alternative Health and Healing Trainer.
